Our People, Our Places in 2025

In 2025, our communities faced new and ongoing challenges. 

From cost-of-living pressures continuing to impact health care access, to the ongoing difficulties in securing affordable specialist care, to the increased prevalence of vaping, the growing impacts of chronic disease, and the health and wellbeing impacts in communities recovering from multiple climate disasters in a single year. 

Through it all, community health was there. 

The number of people turning to community health for trusted, local care in the past year grew by 11%, and our organisations now serve as a critical safety net for 1 in 10 Victorians.

Behind every one of those interactions was a member of our team who showed up with care, with skill, and with a genuine belief in this model of health.
