Local, place-based care, bringing low or no cost services together under one roof. GPs, dental, mental health, chronic disease management, alcohol and other drug support, allied health and family services. Available in cities, outer suburbs, rural and regional areas, right across the state.

These are the clients and communities that Victoria’s 21 registered, independent community health organisations support every day: families, children, older people, and people who need care close to home.
